I changed my mind. May I get a refund or make an exchange?
*In case of a defective item, there is a 7 day window from the delivered date to notify us via email at customer@detroitninja.shop
Please provide the order# and brief description of the damage. Upload a photo of the damage. We will review and then send out a replacement.
How much does shipping cost?
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Includes insurance (up to $100) and tracking notification.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-8 business days for delivery.

I do not live in the United States. May I order online?
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
What time do you update your online shop?
Generally, we update our online shop 24/7.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.
Do you re-stock your inventory?
Yes. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available (sold out) at the time you are on the site.
I've added an item to my cart, but somehow it is already sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards through the web shop.
